Can the AI transfer calls to a human?

Yes. You can configure a backup phone number and the AI will seamlessly transfer high-priority or complex calls to your team.

Is my data secure?

All company data is isolated at the database level. Your documents are never used to train public AI models. Enterprise-grade security is our foundation.

What file types can I upload to the knowledge base?

We support PDF, DOCX, TXT, XLSX, XLS, and CSV files. The AI will extract and learn from all uploaded content.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can cancel anytime from the Billing dashboard. Your service continues until the end of the billing period.

What is the Smart-Fuel auto-recharge system?

Smart-Fuel monitors your minute balance and automatically charges your card to replenish minutes when you fall below your plan's threshold. This ensures your AI agent is always available without manual intervention.

Do you support multiple phone numbers?

Currently, each account is provisioned one dedicated AI phone number. Multi-number support is on our roadmap.
